The chief returning officer has announced that a special help line has been set up to answer queries and provide information on the May 26 European Parliament elections.

The help line on telephone 77772212 operates from 8 am to 6 pm on Monday to Friday and from 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
The public can telephone 77772212 for the following:

  1. The election centre where they will cast their ballot (by giving the number of their ID)
  2. To replace their election booklet if it has been lost or torn
  3. The voting hours

 Voters can vote either with their ID or with the election booklet and are urged to check they have these readily available.
