An interactive session on the European Elections 2019 will be hosted by Europe Direct (EDIC) Nicosia,  the European Parliament Office in Cyprus and the Representation of the European Commission in Cyprus on December 7.
 
The first session will start with an opening speech by the Deputy Head of the Representation of the European Commission in Cyprus, Thea Pieridou.
 
The Head of the European Parliament Office in Cyprus, Andreas Kettis, will give a presentation on the European Elections.
 
During the second session, Cypriot MEP Neoklis Sylikiotis (GUE) and some volunteers of the institutional campaign of the European Parliament will give short talks. Furthermore, detailed and practical information on the elections taking place on May 26, 2019 will be given.
 
Citizens will be instructed on how to vote, who is eligible to vote andhow to vote if abroad. After the presentations, a Q&A session will follow. The evening will continue with a reception.
