Celia is the founder of Grand Expert Consulting, which provides consulting services for EU-funded programmes. It focuses on StartUps and innovative businesses.
Celia, who was recently named as Female Entrepreneur of the year says that the EU has as a priority to promote innovation, knowledge and research.
This time “we have a duty to send to Europe our best. Those who will bring the best results,” she says in her interview.
